Refund policy

Due to hygienic reasons items can not be returned or exchanged.


Our Returns and Replacement Policy is applicable only if the received items are damaged or wrongly delivered.

Every case of damaged product will be investigated separately. In case you have not received or partially received the order, or the product received is damaged, please contact the administrator via chat function on your link received during transportation process. 


Actual product color may vary slightly from the image shown.


Claims must be submitted within 3 days of the delivery date, accompanied by picture proof of the parcel's condition on an e-mail: info@kikocosmetics.com.ge


The claimed wrong item received must remain unsealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.


Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged only at Kiko Milano East Point store upon prove of the mistake or damage. 


Products sent for exchange must be properly packed by the sender to prevent any damage or loss during transit; items received in damaged condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for exchange.


Once the return is received and evaluated a replacement/coupon will be issued upon successful assessment of the product's condition.


Customers are responsible for the items being returned until they reach our warehouse, so they should be properly packed to prevent any delivery damage.

Requests for replacement due to a change of mind, shade preference, or product choice are not applicable.


KIKO MILANO has the right, at its the sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
Upon the acceptance of request for exchange, the customer will be notified.
