Two-phase makeup remover for the eyes and lips. A blend of two phases creates an effective formula that gently removes makeup from your eyes and lips, without feeling greasy. In one simple and extremely gentle step, the lips and eyes are cleansed to perfection. Skin appears clean, soft and fresh.
