1. Apply a small amount of product on cleansed hair from the base to the tip after rinsing out shampoo, once or twice a week. 2. Gently massage hair from base to tip to spread the product. 3. Leave in hair for 3 to 5 minutes, or 20 minutes for an intensive treatment, then rinse thoroughly until there is no product left in your hair. In case of contact with eyes, immediately rinse carefully.
